can't wait to come back.

Had a lovely stay. The room had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee maker, and a fridge. Great toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Breakfast was superb with homemade bread. Lots of parking available. Gill, the host, was super helpful with local info. Can't wait for my next visit!

I absolutely loved the warm welcome with tea and homemade cake that set the tone for my stay! The breakfasts were an absolute standout, featuring locally sourced ingredients and an impressive variety, including delicious homemade jams. My room was cozy and uniquely decorated, making it feel like a home away from home!

Charming place with comfy beds and good toiletries. Loved the ample parking and the proximity to lovely canal walks. The host was super accommodating, even gave us Turkish delight—posh hospitality indeed!

But my room could've auditioned for a damp horror movie. Seriously, I expected to see ghostly silhouettes!

Just a prime choice for a quick trip in Alrewas with great value for the money. The fresh fruit salad I had was superb and really brightened my stay. Consider requesting a room further from the main road for a quieter experience.

The room was cozy and the bed/pillows were comfy, which is a plus. But it definitely needs a deep clean and a bit of a refresh. It felt a little damp and cold during our stay, likely due to the recent weather. A better layout with some fitted units would make it feel less cramped. Still, we didn’t hear any traffic noise from the road outside, which was nice.
